Round-Up of Rounded Up

1. Petrol gonna cost more. Finally the government released the unpopular measure. Yup, as usual, lots of talk on measures to help the poor and SME to absorb this but the grand plan hasn't been revealed yet. Like summer movie blockbuster, the trailer gonna entertain you first.

2. DSAI now reportedly says he offered Ku Li the Prime Minister post if the latter managed to get enough UMNO MPs to defect. I don't know the authenticity of this news yet but surely it will generate another round of buzz from his PR alliances' leaders. Or is this just another spin? Have to wait and see.

3. Sabah got tonnes of candy but most of them are too sweet, diabetic-induced and subsequently killing substance. On the surface, the receptions were good but if you dig deeper, you know better than the current crop of frogs want more. But given the festive season of Kaamatan, pretend a bit lah. More drama will come later. Some PBS leaders openly voiced out the efficiency of the setting up of the cabinet commitee which was a duplicate of a similar one set up before this. Of course, the previous one was another project by kerajaan BN, ATNA (all talk no action)

4. Price of rice gonna shoot up and coupled with the petrol increase, it's a double whammy, too big to swallow. Hm... wonder how much my "kon lou mee" in lovely Sandakan will cost after this? RM4 at least? Oh... someone told it's that price already now. But hey, I'm talking about pasar stall not the kopitiam one.... sure got cheaper kan? Or not anymore.... maybe better eat grass. But I just cut the grass in my lawn. Shit!!!!

5. Obama looks set to snatch the Democratic nomination, leaving Clinton pondering on her next move. Join Obama as the VP? Hm.. anything can happen. Maybe for the sake of party unity? So, Obama vs McCain. Must be interesting.

6. Things are a bit messed up recently, work life or personal life. Maybe due to post-holiday depression. Speaking of depression, it's strange. I think depression is creepy, I mean literally. They creep into you unconsciously and letting you wondering what happen while you never know what's the definition of depression.

  1. Yo, Atan! It's all a matter of neurotransmitters off firing here and there and a regulation of your serotonin level. I am currently working on bipolar disorders and yes, am concentrating on depression so perhaps in the near future, our team can come up with a cure or possible remedies for depressed subjects? ;o)
