I dun think it's overrated.
My life is quite simple from day to day. ;)
In my younger days, I was a bit different but these days I like simple pleasures probably 'cos it reminds me of my childhood?
For instance, having a cup of teh ais always brings back fond memories of my departed grandma during our days in ipoh. ;)
Then I also recall her wise words and the bad day becomes a bit more pleasant. ;)
