I do think rose is over-rated too; to the extent of being commercialized. However, I do like flowers. Mayb u'll think that's bcos I'm a gal. I like flowers bcos it brings livelihood into a room. I'll feel warm & happy instantly if I'm in a room of flowers. I've always been mesmerized by images shown on tv screen or computer screen with beds of flowers. It's like they are bringing colours to our almost dull, colourless world. All those different colours symbolises all sorts of possibilities, hopes. Well, the above is just my views on flowers.
