Oct 24 - Alishan Sun Rise Watching - Taiwanese Style

Woke up early in the morning. As usual, I have to have something to eat after waking up. Thank God there's the van-make-up stall which sells some nice hot breakfast.

Yeah....not healthy as it's deep-fried but this fried-bacon-on-bread is TASTY!!!!!!

Taken on the way to watch the Sunrise. Yu-Shan is another national park famous for its trekking.


Nice "cloud-sea" 云海 taken on the way to catch the sunrise. Yeah...you notice the sky is getting bright right? I was nervous as it's too late for sunrise, at least for me....

So, this is how Taiwanese watch sunrise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rise from the back of the mountain apparently. We were given color glass to watch the sun directly to avoid damage to our eyes...and camera of course haha...

The group is leaving after the sun has risen. Mind boggling right? As you can see, it's definitely passed sun rise time already. But like they say..... masuk kandang kambing mengembik....do as the Romans do....
